Lei Yue Mun and they relied on the salary
from carrying quarry rock in the harbour.
The economic transformation led to the
decline
of the quarry field, most
of the fields and diggings
gradually closed. With the advantages of
the seas ,Lei Yue Mun opened many restaurants
and providing many kinds of seafood cate
to visitors.
Housing Development

to 70s, many new immigrants come from China
which led to a huge amount of housing demand.
Poor peoples then use wood and iron to
construct their own house. With the
high density of houses, housing
demand of poor poeple resolved. |
